4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Payments: All orders are payable upon delivery. Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as drivers may not have change.
- Verification: Upon delivery, you may be required to verify the order details and sign for receipt.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
- If delivery fails after two attempts, the order may be returned to our facility, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
