1. General Terms

  • Changes to Terms: Zekeware reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting our Customer Support team.
  • Cash on Delivery: All payments must be made in cash upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please ensure all details are correct, as we are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support team. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: Our Shipping Policy outlines the applicable shipping fees, delivery timelines, and areas covered. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, you may be required to verify your order and sign for receipt. Failure to be available for delivery after two attempts may result in the order being returned to our facility, and re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund, as per our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Zekeware accepts returns for damaged or defective products and incorrect orders. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Product Warranty: Zekeware appliances are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a limited period as specified with each product. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty claims.
  • Liability Limitation: Zekeware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • All content on the Zekeware website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Zekeware. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
